Here at P-Mu, we aim to deliver items in perfect condition, each item is hand checked and verified before sending, however, products may be damaged while being shipped.
We will be happy to refund or replace any item that does not reach you in perfect condition
You will have 14 days from day of delivery to email your refund/replace request.
Please include your name, product reference number found on your invoice receipt, include the date and reason for refund/replace.
Please email : with your refund/replacement request, within 2 weeks of delivery.
Please send the item back at your own cost, the post cost will be reimbursed along with the refund/replacement.
Note, that only a fee to the maximum of £1.25 will be paid to UK citizens. Other countries may vary.
